- Please provide photos showing the issue (wrong size, incorrect color/design, or defect).
- Our support team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refund & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong size delivered
- Product design or color differs from website images
- Defective or damaged product
- Change of mind (within 30 days), provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags/packaging intact
We cannot accept returns in these cases:
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or with tags removed
- Customized or special-size orders (not eligible for resale)
- Items not returned in original condition and packaging
- Requests made after the 30-day return window
Return Procedure
- Email sales@thefamousjackets.co.uk with your order details and photos.
- If approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and address.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
- Provide the return tracking number — refunds cannot be processed without proof of return.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or color changes.
- Customers are responsible for both return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received in acceptable condition.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product).
For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
